"For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." ~ Ephesians 2:10
We can all agree that our youth today are more idle than ever. As educators we know the importance of exercise for our minds, bodies and souls. With daily physical activities we increase our brains alertness, increase metabolism, improve our mood and self-image. This makes for a happier and more productive student. A week of Zumba in the school brings excitement and joy into the air. The kids and teachers love it! Inclusion classes and caregivers inform me that the students response to the program is astounding! Yay! The cultural arts are for EVERYONE to enjoy!
If your school does not have theater or dance arts in its curriculum, consider any of my specially designed programs.
" Dance is for Everyone. I believe that the dance came from the people and that it should always be delivered back to the people" ~ Alvin Ailey

The Zumba Lady has been hard at work learning how to connect with you 'Virtually'. My upcoming school year with BOCES Arts-in-ed will be challenging but we can work together for the best outcome to continue to enrich the young students with the arts and great health!
